January 6, 2024 - It’s been 10 years since my last bottle and what a delightful surprise! Lovely Amber, Orange hues. On the pallet, this is all saffron and pink grapefruit confit. There’s just a little touch of acidity left, and it’s not too heavy. Really in its drinking window now.

December 25, 2023 - Slightly better than last bottle with good abricots - but there are some raisins sneaking in in a way I don’t appreciate and too early for a Sauternes only 17 years old. I have one left - these will not be interesting to age much further
