  July 11, 2023 - 00438/1158. What a privilege to drink this a third time, PnP and served two hours later. Citrus, rose petal, lychee, meaty, spicy, lively, dimensional, fragrant. Juicy that it never stops, until the 06 comes around. 97-98

  September 10, 2022 - 200 Burgundy Grand Crus from vintage 2000, 4-day blind tasting (Singapore): Tannic, dense, masculine, demanding, like a mature Corton, not for the faint hearted, a BM flight I was asking myself and was on the money with this guess. I like the complexity here but it was too strict for a higher score. Nose 96, palate 93.

  February 12, 2022 - Leroy Field Trip; 2/11/2022-2/14/2022: 00884/1158. Opened at noon, served at 7 alongside Mazis. Bomb. Aromatically enchanting, it is perfectly balanced, smooth but big. Finest tradition of Chambolle, always the most sophisticated. Silky tannin, such elegance, such purity and such concentration, what a beautiful wine. Easily WOTN. 97+
  
  P.S. it needs air, not at all “thin” as I thought drinking this last time.

  March 5, 2020 - Zachy's La Paulee 2020; 3/5/2020-3/6/2020 (Le Bernardin Prive): Somewhat thin as vintage, acid pronounced and not the weightiest BM. Still excellent. 95+
