August 9, 2022 - Gooseberry, some tropical fruit (peach, passionfruit?), (lemon-)grass, slate. A crisp, but not entirely clean wine.

In the mouth it’s juicy, stony minerality, a little structure, that struck match quality - all in all more about structure than fruit.
