September 25, 2021 - An excellent wine, a joy to drink.

Great clarity, deep burgundy with a touch of ruby. Dominant strawberry notes, strawberry cheesecake, tamarillo, marzipan, rhubarb. A savoury palette with robust tannins that are balanced by a touch of acidity. Red fruits, plums especially, but again tamarillo, and also elderberry and herbal notes with a hint of wet gravel on the long finish.
