September 4, 2023 - Nose medium intensity green apple, ripe lemons, honey, almond, wet stone, fresh cut tarragon. On the palate the wine is dry with high acidity, medium alcohol and medium plus body. The flavors on the palate include ripe lemon, grapefruit pith, green apple, pear, honey, almond, wet stone, salinity, fresh cut tarragon. There is good concentration and the finish is medium plus w/ citrus fruit and hint of honey

August 1, 2023 - Lovely aromas of apricots and pears. Dry but with a rich mildly mineral feel on the palate qith some hints of honey. Superbly balanced and a great accompaniment to grilled fish.

June 30, 2023 - Outdoor dinner at friends paired perfectly with a shrimp risotto. Lemon, chalk, saline, white flowers and honey. Nice concentration, acids and length. There's a lot going on and an excellent Chidaine!
