July 7, 2021 - PNP. Lemon curd, white rose petals, and subtle brioche on the soft, elegant nose. Smooth, dry, subtly creamy palate, with fine acidity. Very nice and refined overall.

May 22, 2021 - Delicate and sublime. Primal chard flavor.
