February 29, 2024 - Pop n pour at a local BYO Japanese Restaurant. Might be the cheap glasses, but a little muted on the nose. Some usual suspects though, lemon and saline, that textural saline weighed mid palate, and quite a nice medium + finish that I can’t quite put my finger on. Enjoyed this, its pleasant, albeit probably lacks complexity.
