  August 4, 2022 - Tart red apple, simple, clean, crisp finish. Easy quaffer since it's so light. Enjoyable pre-dinner glass.
  
  After it warmed a bit and was open for an hour or so it developed a nice range of secondary flavors without becoming all "flabby" or "soft".
