February 26, 2011 - Excellent stuff. Very dry with searing lemons, limes and crushed rocks offset by a creamy texture and some tropical guava and hint of nut on the lingering finish. This will be too dry for some, but this is one of the best examples of truly dry Aussie rieslng I've had. 91-92. Will see what night 2 brings.
