Clear medium ruby. On the dark side of Burgundy.
Clean. Medium medium intensity with aroma of cherry black raspberry mushroom ripe stems and black tea.
Dry. Medium alcohol. Medium(+) acidity. Medium tannins. Medium body. Medium intensity with flavours of cherry black raspberry cinnamon and black tea.
Medium(+) finish. Very good. Drink now suitable for further ageing. Substance complexity and finesse. Great with roast duck. Punches above its Appellation.3 people found this helpful Comment -
