January 27, 2024 - Deep ruby complexion with hints of oak, vanilla, spices particularly fennel and cardamom leading to blueberry and crushed rocks. Bright acidity still leads the way despite bottle aging (5 years). A cabernet franc dominant blend with 34% merlot. Medium body with well rounded tannins. The finish is delightful.
