November 30, 2023 - Couldn’t have opened this at a better time! The nose is interesting with white flower and cotton candy But when you actually taste it I got notes of citrus, notably tangerine peel, and green apple. This has both sharp acidity but with a long elegant finish on the backend. The complexity yet refined taste makes this a great choice for any occasion. May open this again for NYE to start the year off strong.

October 30, 2023 - Clear medium gold with fine bubbles; clean medium nose of freshly baked apple pie, brioche, baking spices and pear; dry; high acidity; medium alcohol; medium plus body; medium plus flavour intensity; palate is tarter with addition of white peach; long finish

September 22, 2022 - Delicious. Crystal clear, fine mousse. Lovely breast nose, some citrus. Full mouthfeel, luscious, creamy with good acidity and some green apple finish. Good length.
