Community Tasting Notes 1

February 28, 2002 - I had never heard of this wine. Just found it it a French supermarket for about $8 (in 1990). I bought only 1 bottle. Should have bought two cases at least! Now, almost 14 years old, this wine is still almost black. Very massive, full bodied, loaded with black fruit, little oak and good tannin. A wine to chew on. Now young beautiful, but enough power to last for several years. Great wine!
