December 26, 2023 - The attack is very chasselas - neutral, clean, moderately oily and powdery. What follows is massive honeyed (but dry) richness combined with scents of Asian pear, with a lot of powdery juicy crunchiness - almost reminiscent of Jura Savagnin that underwent some oxidization (but not too much or not that heavy). The richest Chasselas I have ever had (but retaining salinity). A steal for just $20+.

February 11, 2022 - Clean/pure in typical chasselas way, but hiding a lot of quiet depth/layers. Harmonious and nuanced nose consisting of a little bit of everything - apple (both cider and fresh), lemon, peach, flower (marvel of Peru), flint/cut grass, white pepper, just a slight refreshing touch of ginger and lager beer maltiness. Slightly fizzy initially, which calms down shortly. In mouth, attack is soft/clean, then emerges satisfying middle-palate like putting a lot of juicy grated apple in mouth, that sustains long backed up by linear but broad acidity. It returns to initial cleanness after all the unexpected amount of acidity/fruit is expressed. All is seamlessly connected, details of acidic structure is excellent. 91-92 (my wife’s opinion is 92+).

September 30, 2020 - Always a very cool wine. It has a fascinating grapiness that is so very Chasselas. Golden and white fruit tones, citrus, pears, apples, spice, dried flowers and grass, and subtle struck flint. A little gassy and reductive, this opens up quickly though. Firm acids and intense mineral character dominate the palate and finish. So much fun here. This will be worth following for a few years, I should think.
