December 21, 2022 - This was my first experience with a Pegau Blanc CdP. Pegau is my personal favorite for CdP Rouge so I was really looking forward to this and was not disappointed. Primary notes of flowers and blossoms, peaches, apricot. Medium acidity which was a great balance to the full body. This was great.

January 9, 2022 - Spicy white peaches, flowers, orange rind and spice notes get you involved with the wine. On the palate, things heat up with all its layers of crisp, bright, sweet, fresh, ripe, yellow citrus with a shot of green apple in the end note. Drink from 2022 - 2030

November 29, 2021 - 醒酒一小时，闻香有一些酒泥接触的面粉团味，杏一类的香气，入口酸度中高，收口微甜，香气奔放热烈，杏的果香混合着饼干的香气，有辛辣感，酒体强劲，感觉年份太新，还没太多发展，还是一个愣头青，没有释放出它的特点。
