February 19, 2021 - Nice, real wine. Much in terms of extracted tannins, quite pronounced. Lingonberry, red cherry and so on. A modern style Barolo with oak used to make it more approachable. Good value. A real wine at this price point. Then again, very clearly also not a top end Barolo. Due to an unpleasant tartness that gets more, not less, pronounced with aeration.
