May 5, 2024 - From 75cl, perfect cork, decanted 30 minutes, beautiful from first to last drop. Quince, smoke, aromatic green herbs, honey, brightly vibrant citrus acidity, sumptuous texture buffered with glycerine, long resonant finish. Amazingly, this is already open for business, I wonder whether it will close down? 91-92P

off-dry, high acidity, low tannin, medium alcohol and body, medium+ intensity, long finish

February 22, 2024 - Stunning nose of ripe orchard fruits with citrus in the background and almond notes. Fleshy mouthfeel over brisk acidity. Loved it
