May 3, 2024 - Ripe and complex with mango and pineapple followed by a whiff of petrol. The nose has notes of marzipan and there is just a hint of development creeping in. Good concentration but I like mine a little more mineral than this.
2 hours later this has blossomed into something more creamy- a convincing keylime pie and Very lovely indeed! -

November 21, 2020 - Pop and pour out of the fridge. Turned into a real beauty after 2 hours of air. A really nice mix of orange blossoms, spices, and apricot. Palate was sharp and edgy which was a nice balance with the fruit. Should age well.
