November 28, 2010 - Great inky color. Needed around an hour of air to show. This wine really improved over the last 2 years since my last bottle. It showed a big nose of fresh and jammy blackberries with hints of black pepper and licorice. The flavors followed suit on the nice mouth. I really enjoyed this wine.

August 11, 2008 - Enjoyed over 2 days. It definitely opened up after an 1/2 - 1 hour, especially by day 2.
Great inky color. One of the darker wines I have seen. Like Aaron says, this had a big blackberry nose and the taste followed suit. Very nice wine. Looking forward to enjoying my other bottle in a few years and the release of the '06 vintage which sounds amazing.
