Perfect bottle, bought 2019 ex winery. Popped and pured, drunk over 3 days. Yes, it lacks the acidity and tension of 2004, you can feel the warm vintage. But this is simply a beauty! Fruit juice in its best sense, juicy, joyful and complex. Never fat, broad or clumsy. Just wonderfully balanced and with the grace of a Rubens lady. Will continue to evolve for a decade. If you don't like stingy acidity, this is for you :) Long, fruity and complex finish. 93-94+

January 2, 2005 - Great aromatic start with citrus and oily intensity. Almond, lemon zest flavors with good mouth feel and textures. Ok length and intensity, better in a few yewrs, but clearly showing the acidity and structure to last to 2020.
