Espadeiro 100% that like the one made with caiño aged for 12 months in French oak barrels and 8 months in stainless steel tank. Por copas. Espadeiro 100% pero al igual que el elaborado con caiño envejecido durante 12 meses en barrica de roble francés y 8 meses más en depósito de acero inoxidable. Aromas a agua de violetas que pese al pronóstico de brisas atlánticas no aporta sabrosas notas salinas. Al paladar se ofrece refrescante aunque rápidamente se descubre cómo desequilibrado y que resbala por la garganta. Excesivamente previsible y unidireccional para mí gusto.
