August 2, 2020 - In het glas licht goudgeel en helder. In de neus groene appel en ziltigheid, licht citrus. In de mond medium plus zuren, fris fruit. In de afdronk komen de zuren fijn door. Heel fijn bij klassieke mosselen met wat tijm. Dat de wijn nog even op de lie heeft mogen liggen geeft wat diepgang. Fijn en prima.
