January 7, 2022 - A long way from early Aussie over-oaked, ‘sweet’ and tropical fruit Chardonnays. Also, this is a different beast to the 2018 which I found to be compromised by unripe melon/cucumber flavours.
This wine has a good, quite deep, colour and an expressive nose (given time to warm somewhat, and open); it showed citrus notes with some fragrance. The palate was dry and restrained showing mainly lemon citrus flavours but with complexity that is difficult for me to break down and describe. Much more New- than Old-World to my palate. It grew on me after a slightly bland start when first opened. Needs time to open; good with food.
Better next day - complex with good balance and acidity. 89+
This was a good value wine when on offer some time ago and is developing nicely.

October 31, 2021 - Not as good as previous vintages. Decent wine for the price

April 11, 2021 - Light to mid-yellow colour; quite fresh, lemony fruit, well rounded and with good length. Essentially simple, but enjoyable. A slight excess of CO2.

November 30, 2020 - A tad more ordinary than the previous vintage, but still a decent good value Australian Chardonnay..

November 20, 2020 - Easy drinking, fruity, bright, heavy on green notes, grapefruit citrusy.
Rather simple with plain aroma. However, it has a nice softish texture.
Is a good food wine, & pool side party wine ....
