December 31, 2023 - Explosive. The nose on this sucker was just wild. Flowers, herbs, black tea and red fruit. Kinda crazy. On the palette, this was elegance and depth, all at once. Loved it. Holding tight to my other bottle.

November 23, 2023 - Excellent with Thanksgiving dinner. Bright strawberry and cherry but still with good heft. Drinking very well, will save our last bottle for at least another year or 2.

May 7, 2023 - Showing well right now. No decant . Poured at 55 degrees F and served with grilled salmon and a particularly acidic salad . Wet rocks, black raspberries and cherries on the nose. Very aromatic and pleasant. The alcohol is not obvious on the palate. Mostly juicy fruit with medium acidity and medium minus tannins. Moderate finish.
