July 21, 2020 - In the same way that Nebbiolo (e.g. Nebbiolo d'Alba) can be produced in an early-drinking style, so to this Aglianico is drinking very well already; 100% Aglianico. Stainless steel, then used barrique and botti prior to release. The vines here are ~ 17 years old, and the farming is organic. Lovely nose, lots of soil, and plenty of supple dark red fruit. IIRC, this was bottled earlier this year and should hit the market late fall(?) 14,0% abv. Great value. recommended+
