September 19, 2023 - Juicy, fresh, vibrant, really damn good. Green apple, nectarine, lime zest, touch of petrol, honey, and wet slate for days. Slight effervescence makes the flavors jump out of the glass. Good length on the finish. wonderfully balanced and incredibly satisfying.

December 3, 2022 - Pale gold with subtle haziness. Rich aromas of orange and lemon zest alongside clover honey. Enticing minerality and salinity. Palate is light and effervescent with a punch of zippy citrus. Mouth is filled out with honey notes, and wet slate is laced throughout. Finish is punctuated by honey and candy apples.

March 18, 2022 - Opened about an hour before dinner. Light gold. A bit more diesel on the nose than I prefer. Preferring zero :). Precise & flinty, round & juicy. A bit sweet for me but typical of most Kabinetts these days. I love everything about this wine except the diesel nose & the extra touch of sweetness. Probably need an off vintage to please me. I've fallen in love with GGs in the last few years and that's in play too. Otherwise, there's a plethora of pristine fruit & mineral that's quite appealing. 89+

April 4, 2021 - Delightfully refreshing, albeit a little Moscato-like, with med + Fuji Apple, lime, lemon zest, apricot, ginger, wet stone. Youthful. Off-dry, bordering on med. sweet, with med + acidity and low alcohol (8.5%). Great by itself or as an accompaniment to smoky, savory or sweet-and-sour foods. Should develop nicely, but quite approachable now.

August 16, 2020 - Palest gold imaginable with a lemon, lime juice and slate nose. Easy on the gums and already quite accessible, with a mineral infused palate of stones and chalk dust. Barely perceptible fruit/sweetness and dry cleansing acid to the finish. A baby, but also a terrific glass of wine to sit with on the terrace.
