  November 20, 2022 - Pale yellow bordering on green. Very little nose. Taste is sharp and acidic, but with a very round apple note that merges into white pepper on the very long finish. Had it with Korean BBQ that had some fresh grated ginger in it. The wine *loved* the ginger producing some really interesting ginger, apple, pepper tastes. Really cool.

  July 21, 2021 - Clear, slightly dark straw. Straw, Lemongrass, pineapple. Medium acids, no tannins, slightly sweet. Orange peel. Medium , slightly acidic finish.

  June 18, 2021 - Tasted at Winery w/G and C. Very fragrant nose, nice sweet flavors. This would be nice slightly chilled on a fall day or for friends who like "sweet" wines.
