August 6, 2023 - Huge fresh green herb (tarragon, almost parsley-like) on top of ripe melon & chalky tones. Great acid. Really nice, interesting example of Sauv Blanc

December 24, 2022 - Surprisingly still developing since last bottle a year ago. Medium bodied, obvious Sauvignon Blanc varietal character but not too tart, showed some complexity . I think it could get better in another year.

October 21, 2021 - Pale hay color. Emerging nose of grass, lemon, and a touch of savory notes, creaminess and honey plum. Dry, crisp acidity, lightish on palate on same notes. Light body. Good balance (bit hollow mid palate though). Short finish.

June 2, 2021 - In the bouquet melon and peach. Herbs and spices as well as minerals. Same on the palate. Fresh acidity. Some green herbs as well.
