December 31, 2023 - Red and dark fruits, light baking spice, black tea, cedar on the nose and most continuing in the mouth. There are significant tannins and acidity and the alcohol peeks through at times, making for a wine that is both substantial and with some lightness. This seemed to improve with more time open (even over days), so likely more time ahead in the cellar too...

May 20, 2022 - Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Sangiovese
Medium body, deep garnet color. Intense but elegant dried fruits, spices’ box and liquorice aroma. Complex palate of blackberry and sour plum following by juicy finish of good length. Wild berries acidity and grippy tannins, charm and very enjoyable wine. Food friendly, well pairing to spicy sausages. Serve 18ºC - 20ºC. Open one hour ahead.
