October 1, 2017 - Drank after a French Viognier. Paired well with seafood stew containing crab, lobster, clams, salmon, expertly assembled by Batya. Wine displayed nose of petrol, white flowers. Off-dry palate had stone fruits, lemon, honey. Just enough acid to balance sugar.
