August 9, 2020 - Served blind. Nose of yellow fruit, peach, stone, some sweetness. Riesling? Colour is just so young; I would guess a 90s at the earliest. Gradually the Chablis stone and minerals come out, with some apricot and flint on the nose. Palate is energetic and very very fresh, with a nice tone of spicy minerality at the finish. 92-93

August 8, 2020 - Stone fruit, sweet corn, salt. Tasted like an off-dry Riesling at first, but the Chablis peach slowly surfaced as the night advanced. So young and fresh on the palate. A pleasant surprise.

August 2, 2020 - A really phenomenal showing of this chablis that was so fresh and vibrant with stone fruit, salty butter, and flint. Lean and precise with good length. This can age another 15 more years without any problem. Surprisingly good and fun, like many old Chablis. 92+
