May 9, 2022 - light to medium bodied. Strong cherry extract and charcoal flavour , a bit like cabernet franc. Very lifted. Young. Partial whole bunch fermentation I am told. Listan negro is a very versatile variety that can be coaxed into multiple wine styles. This has the acidity to age but it tastes so good now why wait?
