January 15, 2024 - Spot on Loire SB. Great balance and savory, food friendly flavors. Good QPR. Expressive aromatics with an enjoyable lingering finish.

March 3, 2023 - Peabody House Natural Wines (Oak Barrel, Elizabeth Street, Sydney): Medium minus intensity shows a little green note, touch of sulphur prickle, flint, even with agitation this is a fairly neutral nose. Medium plus intensity acidity is sour, bitter, hard, a touch foursquare, blocky, it's a bit belchy, a little gooseberry and greengage. Ugh, pretty awful.

December 25, 2022 - Soft mineral driven nose with light green fruits. The palate is good but not blasting you with flavor. This is very old world Sauv Blanc.
I like this wine, it’s super quaffable and easy on the mind, but lacks major sophistication. But that’s okay, I didn’t dive into this bottle for those outcomes. -
