  is this even the same wine? two days ago, i put a stopper in the bottle, and placed it in the fridge. tonight, i retrieve it, and i'm merely going to dump it down the drain, but...i decide to take a sip first. holy rose, batman! it's as if clark kent went into the phone booth, and... really, i'm stunned. now the wine has complexity, a long finish, it's flippin' delicious! i give up; wine is a total cluster fuck. tonight, it's the best performance of six bottles. easily 91 big ones.

  September 23, 2007 - can you say bottle variation? this one is more like the first two times i had it, the first being at the vineyard with owner charles banks. all components are in the right alignment tonight.

  August 12, 2007 - hmmmm. this wine is progressing in the wrong way. the acidity is too bright this time, although there is a decent amount of interesting fruit. bottle variation is alive and well.
