January 28, 2024 - Pink. Herb and black fruit. Light with a lovely layer of flesh. Dry, licorice and fruit that makes it feel as though you are drinking a red wine. Excellent.

September 24, 2022 - Had with grilled salmon. Drank at both cellar temp and quite chilled. Chilling didn't do too much harm. Pale, aromatic, complex, and dry. Strong sense of strawberries. Lovely, and will go for years, if I can keep from pulling the corks.

September 4, 2022 - Deep pink. Red berry nose. Medium body. So much Pinot character in this. Just delicious, that's all.

March 27, 2022 - Much better than expected. The higher alcohol and ripeness is well integrated. Tastes more like a pinot than rose.

Definitely a good wine not a poolside quaffer

September 27, 2021 - A private dinner (Restaurant Zoldering, Amsterdam, NL): Salmon pink colour with a touch of orange; quite full-bodied and quite weighty with its 14.5% ABV, soft but fresh, lemon curd, flowers and candy, crushed red berries and bitter orange, finished with some back-end heat. I prefer Pascal's (12.5% ABV) rosé in this vintage.
