December 12, 2022 - Chablis Tasting. Much more vibrant nose, lemon and cream. Lower acid than the De Moor, definitely has a lactic creamy thing on the finish. Really nice, especially as it opened up. A close second place for my favorite bottle of the night (only to the De Moor)
