September 11, 2021 - Roland gives a nice mixture of high acidity and freshness together with ageing notes, mostly brioche. Citrus and lemon cest, a pleasant bitterness and sharp mouthfeel. Quite much stuffing here. Could have waited for this one a couple of more years.

March 7, 2021 - Nose of citrus, lemon, green apple, vanilla, toast and chalk. Palate follows with more citrus, lemon, green apple, quince, brioche, lots of minerals and some butter and vanilla on the finish. High in acidity but very well blended with a nice rounded balance. Light body and very fresh.
