Community Tasting Notes 2

January 26, 2023 - Earthy rich dark plum and pepper. Gritty tannins. Lovely

    January 22, 2023 - Deep Purple.
Medium+/pronounced violet, ripe blackcurrant, blackberry, cedar, vanilla. Touch of earthy/wet leaves from age.
Medium acid, high tannin. Fairly short finish. Maybe lacks balance?
Could age longer IMO, though drinkable now.

After a few hours - tannin is much softer and better integrated.
