January 27, 2024 - Drinking really well. Lots of red fruit and very smooth after 2 hour decant. Long finish. Excellent wine for the price. Baer does not disappoint.

May 8, 2022 - Black cherry and cassis on the nose. Bright fruit with hints of bell pepper on the palate with a spicy, acidic finish. Quite good.

April 2, 2022 - Not decanted. Dark ruby color in the glass. Moderate aromas of mocha, blackberry, boysenberry and graphite. The palate brings juicy ripe blackberry, prune, vanilla and forest floor. Acidity is medium-high. Tannins are medium and mostly resolved. Finishes at medium length. There is a bit of heat in the wine. Drinking well now and likely over the next few years.
