April 8, 2023 - Double decant. Black fruits. Coffee. Tannins are a bit harsh at this stage. Oak treatment still very prominent. Will try again in a few years time.

March 19, 2023 - This is some good juice. It’s in its drinking window now. Medium-full bodied. Just PnP and enjoyed. Loads of berry varieties, earth and a touch mint. Enjoy!
