Community Tasting Notes 1

June 8, 2007 - Light plum colour. Super nose of dark cherry, liquorice and violets. Super fruit, complexity and structure in the mouth. Good length. This is a very well made wine with a lot of structure balanced with finesse. Frankly a lot more sophisticated and subtle than most of the NZ Central Otago Pinot Noirs I like so much. Should get even better with age. Super.
