  February 13, 2022 - Roasted nuts, red apples, made in an oxidative style
  I wish it was more concentrated on the palate, which will come as the vines grow older

  June 2, 2021 - Made from the estate’s young vines, but still extremely good
  PnP
  Opens up immediately to an intense nose of golden apples, yellow apples, pear, white flowers, and pear drops. Some beeswax or straw notes. Some salted nuts, due to a somewhat oxidative style of winemaking
  A full, rounded palate that feels slightly heavy, as is unfortunately often the case with dry Chenin. The palate has some spicy notes
  Medium+ acid, but doesn’t have much of an acidic cut
  Excellent length with a slight savouriness to the finish
  With air, the nose too became more savoury
  This was much better than I expected it to be, given how young the vines were.
  An excellent producer who lives up to the hype

  December 27, 2020 - Very good Chenin, classic from this region, on the ripe side, but dry. Can hold for 2-3 years.
