    May 23, 2022 - Pale lemon green color with slow legs. Lemongrass, lime and honeydew on the nose. Pear, honey-crisp apple and white pepper on the palate. Medium smooth finish.

    Developing, medium + aromas of honeydew melon, lemon grass, honeysuckle, white pear, blossoms, peach.
    Dry, medium acid, medium alcohol, medium body, medium + finish, and flavors of honeyed pear, oily lemon curd, ginger.
    Very good quality wine.
    Can drink now but has potential to improve with some aging.
