July 8, 2023 - {screwcap, 12.5%} Pale lemon colour. Still youthful nose of lemon curd with a whiff of detergent. Palate is oddly greasy, with simple citrus flavours but lacking acidity to give it any lift at all. Tastes like a no sugar lemon cordial. Dry, medium weight, but lacking balance and interest. Hmm. Not sure cellaring will help.
