July 7, 2023 - Bright red strawberry with some cranberry and a touch of smokiness on the end. Tannins come on at the end. Seems like it's on the young side. First cab franc from FLX.

December 15, 2021 - FLX Trip December '21; 12/15/2021-12/16/2021 (Lower East Seneca Lake): I didn't mind this at all. It's meant to be an edgy easier drinking style. Unoaked iteration of FLX cab franc. True to form and quite delicious, with gluggable crunchy red currant and wild strawberry flavors. Properly peppery and herbal without off putting.

May 30, 2021 - Good color. The nose shows fragrant aromas of raspberries, earth, flowers, and a hint of peppery herbs. This is light bodied on the palate with decent concentration but very good class. The medium plus length finish features almost no tannic structure.
