  April 17, 2024 - Soave & Brunello (Anima e Cuore): Smoky lime, relatively subdued at first, with something slightly meaty and leathery on the nose. A rubbery tertiary quality too. With air this starts expressing sweet oranges, a ripe and pithy note. Smooth on the palate with acceptable acidity - appealing texture and finishes a little bitter and chewy. This was interesting and drinkable and, as a fellow taster mentioned, ticks many of the boxes of a big, ripe white Burg (or Macon) albeit in its very own style

  October 7, 2023 - App: med gold Nose:Med+ intensity, apricot, nougat，honey, pineapple, sea salt, brioche, marzipan, white blossom, creamy, reminds me of a high quality Meursault 1er cru, walnut, toast. Palate: Dry, high acidity, honey cake, caramel, pineapple, oily, nectarine, toast, marzipan,med+ intensity, med body, med+ lingering finish. Overall, very good wine with great complexity and depth. Love it!

  May 7, 2023 - Black Lion Wine Club - Lib Dem Italian Tasting (The Black Lion): Medium lemon yellow. So much complexity on the nose and palate. Honeysuckle, pineapple, yellow pear, almonds, citrus peel. Very rich palate but with nice acidity to balance the richness. Very long finish. Will certainly develop even greater complexity over the next few years.

  March 16, 2023 - Lovely wine! White peach and cashew on the nose and palate. Medium body, with great mouthfeel. Buy!
