April 27, 2024 - SO'd for an hour, pineapple & slightly grassy (that blew off quickly) on the nose, pineapple with other tropical fruits on the palate with nice acidity; outstanding, drink or hold

November 20, 2023 - An enticing floral note kicks off the lemon and white rock flavors that makes for a zippy but also solidly weighted profile. There is some grass here, but it is more mineral and yellow fruit driven overall. Drink now, cuz I’m personally not a fan of aging these wines - I’ll typically handle a bit more primary fruit if it means the freshness is at its apex. Nothing more boring than a tired white wine… except maybe watching Hamlet in slow-mo while alone and locked in a yurt in Ulaan-Uul, Mongolia.

September 8, 2023 - Nez expressif, au départ, pipi de chat mais s ouvre par la suite sur d agrumes (pamplemousse) et ananas. En bouche, bien équilibré. C est rond et une note d acidité qui apporte de la fraîcheur. Belle longueur. Tres agréable
