June 10, 2009 - Monthly Tasting Group HWS #037; Austria: Riesling (by EvA): Somewhat tropical bouquet. A little bit spritzig in the start. Quite full bodied with good citrus and a lot of tropical fruits. Also some pleasant bitterness. Tasteful and aromatic wine which lacks a bit in acidity.

October 16, 2008 - WFA Austrian Wines (Suntec Convention Centre, Singapore): Made in a trocken style, this had a rather muted nose with lots of mineral and slate but not much in the way of fruit. The palate was more expressive though, with white fruits, white musky flowers and clean, lively acid. Nice bright finish with more of the palate cleansing acid and a touch of peppery spice.
