April 17, 2024 - Silvaner in Burgundian clothes.
Drinking very well and I find the wine reflecting my tasting note from two years ago. Great balance and maybe a bit more refined and mineral this time?
I do not see this getting better, but I expect this wine will drink well for the next few years.

December 2, 2023 - This was a complete wine, no weaknesses found and quite delicious. It's evolved since my last note three years ago, and I had an experience similar to what @lukeintowine had last year. But more better. Excellent.

November 24, 2022 - This is excellent stuff and drinking great. Blind, I would have said this is somewhere in or around Burgundy. Never would I have guessed that this is Silvaner...
Floral on the nose, some fruity sweetness and a slight touch of vanilla. On the palate, I am missing some drive, but I am fine with this being a rounder and softer wine. Great handling of oak. -

May 30, 2021 - Lemon and floral notes on the nose. On the palate, pear, lime, and notes of lemon, chalk, and something herbal on the medium finish, with strong acidity. This was a very good value at about $30.

December 30, 2020 - Rainwater with a slight green glint. Incredible florals on the nose, which are next to a waterfall going over marble. Fruit and thyme with a grassy edge, along with chalky limestone mineral. Excellent.
