December 23, 2023 - I promised myself I would let these sleep, but I failed. This is big, full bodied wine, 14.5% alc. Stone fruits, wax, spices. Low acidity. It’s the alcohol that cuts through the cheese in the cheese fondue, a great match actually. More to come.
